GoodCarers — Resume Builder for Aged Care Professionals

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Care Loops Pty Ltd (ABN 22 681 793 108) trading as GoodCarers ("we", "our", or "us") via our website or platform.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Our platform currently enables users to:

• Generate AI-powered resumes and cover letters
• Download generated documents

Additional services may be introduced over time. Use of the platform requires account creation.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and located in Australia. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who do not meet these criteria.

3. AI Use Disclaimer

The resume and cover letter generator uses artificial intelligence (AI) to produce content. While we strive to provide accurate outputs:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bias
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before using it
• We accept no liability for consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content

4. User Conduct

You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Scrape, extract, or mine data from the platform
• Upload or generate illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

We reserve the right to monitor and suspend activity that breaches these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

• All platform branding, website content, and software are owned by Care Loops Pty Ltd.

• By using the platform, you grant GoodCarers a royalty-free licence to:

• Store and use your generated resumes and cover letters
• Use the underlying information (e.g. work history, education) for commercial purposes including sharing with third parties

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime
• That using the platform will result in employment or specific career outcomes

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from your use of the platform
• Any loss or damage arising from third-party access or use of your information
• Any loss or damage resulting from a data breach

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently shut down the platform or any part of it at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. This may include but is not limited to maintenance, upgrades, commercial decisions, or unforeseen issues.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at any time, without notice, if:

• We suspect you have breached these Terms
• You exceed what we deem fair use (e.g. excessive document generation)
• Your use involves fake, scraped, illegal, or offensive content

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
